The Lot description contained on the invoice denotes what has been purchased.  The photographs are for general information only and not necessarily everything showing is included in the lot

If more than one maximum bid is placed of the same amount, the maximum bid placed first will be considered the highest bid and a further bid will need to be to be placed to take the lead. Bidders are notified by an automated message which appears on their screen.

When bidding ‘REFRESH’ your screen to ensure you are aware of current bids

Eddisons do not ship items directly, arrange delivery nor do we package or load. We are not able to print labels, provide boxes or seal boxes and do not provide any kind of shipping or loading services

Any Goods that are paid for, but not collected on the designated day of collection or with prior arrangement with the Auctioneer will be treated as abandoned. Please remember to inform us if you intend using a carrier, to avoid us disposing of goods you might think have already been collected.

Please note that Lots are SOLD AS SEEN, are not tested nor are they guaranteed to work and/or be complete.

There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances

If any of these rules of bidding might pose a problem, then please refrain from bidding

All handling equipment included in the auction is to remain available to assist in the removal of lots and will be available for collection during the afternoon of the final clearance day (Please Note : Not all Auctions include Handling Equipment, please check prior to placing a bid)

The Purchaser is entirely responsible for all customs and excise duties including all paperwork requirements

At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale final bid figures will be submitted to the seller for its approval and any Bid shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the Company/Seller.

No bid may be withdrawn and the Company/Seller does not bind himself to accept the highest Bid or any other Bid placed in the course of the online Auction Sale.
